Over 10 years ago, Renee and Brett Summers dreamed up the idea of creating the perfect place for them to grab a bite to eat, have a drink and enjoy time together with friends and family. Being new parents, they wanted a gathering place for everyone that was casual, yet comfy; welcoming and most importantly FUN! Being die-hard sports fans - it also needed to be a place to watch all their favorite sports. And that is how Top Dawg Tavern was born.
Our first restaurant opened on March 4th of 2013 and we have continued to expand around the southeast to all of our favorite places. We are still family-owned and operated and die-hard Dawg fans, but everyone is welcome at Top Dawg Tavern. Even Gator fans. GO DAWGS!
